Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping at ECOSE HK. We are committed to delivering your order accurately, on time, and in perfect condition. Please read our shipping policy carefully before completing your purchase.

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within [1-3 business days] . Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or major holidays (e.g., Christmas, New Year's Day, CNY).
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment, we will contact you via email.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following options:

Standard Shipping for orders < $399 [1-3 business days]

  • Cost: $39.99

Free Shipping for orders >/= $399 [2-3 business days]

  • Eligible on orders within Hong Kong*

Free Pickup [Same Day-2 business days]

  • Customer will be notified when pickup is available

Note: Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. ECOSE HK is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs processing.

3. Domestic Shipping Policy

We currently ship to addresses within Hong Kong. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO military addresses unless otherwise specified.

4. International Shipping Policy

We do offer international shipping but customer is expected to reach out for pricing.

For international orders, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or brokerage fees imposed by their country. These fees are not included in the shipping cost and are the buyer's responsibility. Delivery times for international orders may vary due to customs processing.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation of shipment.

6. Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before finalizing your order. If you notice an error immediately after placing the order, contact us at ecose.hk@gmail.com. We may be able to correct it before the order ships.
We are not responsible for orders lost or returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Damaged Shipments: If your order arrives damaged, please refuse the delivery or contact us upon delivery with photos of the damage and the packaging. We will file a claim and work to resolve the issue.

Incorrect Shipments: If your order arrives with incorrect shipment, please refuse the delivery or contact us upon delivery with photos of the damage and the packaging. We will work to resolve the issue and ship out the correct product(s) at our soonest timeframe.
